Getting to Hump Ridge Track just got a whole lot easier!
Friday, November 6th, 2009Access to the Tuatapere Hump Ridge Track is just about to get a lot easier with the opening of the new coastal road along the base of Blue Cliffs in Southland. The old road was subject to damage from storms and had washed out completely in some sections. The new road will be opened by the Hon Bill English, M.P. for Southland, on Saturday 7 November.

World of Wearable Art was a winner this year!

If you’re in Wellington in late September/early October, this is one show you shouldn’t miss. It’s a uniquely kiwi event featuring one-off pieces from artists around the globe, featuring themed sections such as Bizarre Bra, Illuminated Illusions, Man Unleashed and the ever-popular Children’s Section.
